Requisiti tecnici
- Established in an EU Member State, overseas countries and territories (OCTs), or Ukraine (excluding non-government controlled areas of Ukraine).
- Have executive management structure established in eligible countries.
- Not be subject to control by a non-associated third country other than Ukraine or by a non-associated third-country entity unless exempted or providing approved FDI screening guarantees.
- Cost of components originating outside the EU and Ukraine must not be higher than 35% of the estimated costs of the components of the product whose increase in production capacity is supported.

Requisiti finanziari
- The size of the action (total eligible costs) must not be less than EUR 2 000 000.
- Project budgets (requested grant amount) must not exceed EUR 10 000 000 (or up to EUR 30 000 000 depending on specific calls/topics in the work programme).
- Work packages dedicated to the reinforcement of physical and cyber protection are limited to a maximum EU contribution of EUR 200 000 (or EUR 500 000 in specific calls).
