Requisiti tecnici
- The cooperation shall be newly created in the context of the application to the call topic or based on an existing framework, provided that the activities under such cooperation framework did not start before 5 March 2024 and have not been completed before the signature of the g…
- The cost of components originating outside the EU and EDIP associated countries must not be higher than 35 % of the estimated costs of the components of the end product.
- Projects must retain full control over the definition, adaptation and evolution of the design of the defence products concerned, including the legal authority to substitute or remove components that are subject to restrictions imposed by non-associated third countries.
Requisiti finanziari
- The estimated value of a common procurement proposed for actions under topic 1 and 2 shall be at least EUR 80 000 000.
- The estimated value of a common procurement proposed for actions under topic 3 shall be at least EUR 20 000 000.
